Group and Family Bookings
Whole families flying home together, barkada reunions, church and community groups, weddings and funerals. Group travel is most of what we do, and it is not the same job as booking one seat.

What changes when there are more of you
Booking eight seats is not booking one seat eight times. Availability at the cheapest fare is limited, so a large party booked one by one usually ends up split across fare classes, split across cabins, and sometimes split across flights. Booked as a group, everyone travels on one itinerary at one agreed price, seated together, with the baggage handled as a whole rather than argued about individually at check-in.
Group fares and deposits
Group bookings often allow a lower deposit per person and a later balance date than an individual ticket, which is genuinely useful when a family is collecting money from several households. Names can usually be confirmed later than the initial booking, so you can secure the seats and the price before every relative has decided. We will set out the deposit, the name deadline and the balance date in writing at the start.
Travelling with elderly parents or young children
Most of our group trips include someone who needs a bit more care — a lola who has not flown in years, a relative in a wheelchair, a first-time flyer, or small children on a twenty-hour journey. We request assistance with the airline in advance, choose connections with enough time to move through a large airport without rushing, and book seats so that nobody who needs help ends up sitting alone. Say who needs what when you enquire.
Weddings, reunions and funerals
We handle a lot of trips that are not holidays. For a wedding or a reunion, we can hold seats while the guest list settles. For a bereavement we move quickly and we know which airlines are realistic on short notice and on changes; tell us straight away that it is a compassionate booking and we will treat it that way.
Frequently asked questions
How many people counts as a group?
It varies by airline, but group fares typically start at around ten passengers travelling together. Below that we still book you on one itinerary with seats together.
Do we all have to pay at the same time?
No. Group bookings usually allow a deposit per person with the balance due later, which is easier when several households are contributing.
Can we confirm names later?
Usually yes. Group bookings often let you secure seats and the fare first and confirm the full passenger names by a later deadline. We will tell you that deadline up front.
Can you arrange wheelchair or special assistance?
Yes. Tell us when you enquire and we request it with the airline in advance and plan the connection with enough time.
Can you help with a funeral or emergency trip home?
Yes. Tell us it is compassionate travel when you contact us and we will prioritise it and be realistic with you about what is achievable and at what cost.

Kausapin mo kami — talk to a person
Tell us where home is, roughly when you want to travel, who is going and what you are carrying, and we will come back with real options and the total price including bags. If it is easier for a parent or grandparent to explain the dates themselves, put them on with us — we do that every week.
